Pros

Many employees are genuinely driven by a desire to make a positive impact and do good for others. There is a strong sense of mission among certain teams, which can be motivating.

Cons

Persistent infighting and a “winners vs. losers” mentality, fostered at the highest levels of the organization, undermines collaboration. Strategic priorities often shift based on the latest "silver bullet" idea from senior leadership, leading to a lack of clear, long-term direction. Unrealistic expectations are set without a viable plan for achievement, often summarized as “just do more.” Poor leadership is tolerated, with little to no accountability for those who underperform or create toxic environments. The culture is reactive rather than proactive—frequent “drop everything and do X” directives disrupt planning and create unnecessary chaos.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
