Pros
It's a job with a paycheck
Cons
Unresponsive HR with constant turnover and repeated requests for documents already sent Forced benefits even for those with Tricare Forced 401K Forced HRA card that carries your Health & Wellness benefit pay--so if you don't need it, it might as well not be there. Constantly late with the load--April isn't completed and it's June, etc. No sick time, only a lump sum PTO of ten days that you get after a year Knocked 10 year veterans down to entry level pay across the board--some lost $4-$6 an hour No raises unless mandated by the government No attendance policy, so abusers have no consequences The company that admins the benefits is useless if you need answers No advancement possible No performace incentives
