Pros

I’ve grown in my role by taking more responsibility and learning new tools to improve how we manage servers and deployments. I always try to understand the full process and suggest better ways to do things. This has helped me become more confident and skilled in my work. Six-month appraisal cycles are good because they motivate employees to perform better and give regular feedback for growth.

Cons

Every Saturday should be a holiday to maintain better work-life balance. Sometimes I take on too much work because I want to learn more. I’m still working on managing my time better when handling multiple projects.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
