Pros

1). Money matters: In my humble opinion, Chetu is one of very few companies that provide a sophisticated increment to its employees and moreover cherry on top is, it follows six monthly appraisal policy. 2). Quality Development: If you are looking for a simple copy paste job, Chetu is not good place for you. I will not lie, you will face challenging projects with Chetu. But believe it or not, all the way you would be grooming your knowledge and logics. 3). Professionalism: For a mid-sized company like Chetu, you will find it surprising that processes are well defined with so much maturity. 4). Others: Added benefits like Cafeteria, Gymnasium, Alternate Saturdays events are nice.

Cons

No any organization is flawless and Chetu is no exception. But what makes you a winner is the readiness to accept the changes and zeal to be the best. I have seen in monthly meetings, how well the upper management is trying to make the processes better by each passing day.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
