Pros

No Pros .. Just a normal company. Even a sweeper Job somewhere would Have some perks but not This company. Even if you feel at time of joining that you are getting too much perks just wait for a month or two nd then you will see the reality of how you are at loss or you have been fooled

Cons

all things are cons. They have two appraisal cycles/yr But max appraisal is from 500 to 3000 inr .. be it any position. No Work Life Balance. You mind and body both will be doomed. Political environment in company.. No Support. This company has slave mindset. So they can ask you to work anytime. You Fished work early .. no rewards. Even if you don't have work on the project for 2 month because everything was done really good and fast .. still these dogs ask you to come to office daily and Hear their trash taks

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
