Pros
There are tons of pros out of which few I would like to mention here: 1. Nice people from divergent culture with strong technical skills working on latest technologies in a fast paced environment. 2. Daily Tech lead - Team members meeting to discuss about the task and issues. Solutions and suggestions are provided instantly. 3. Strong opportunities to grow professionally as performance assessment is done on monthly basis on a well defined grading system. 4. Six months appraisal policy, which provides almost 1.5 to 2 times more increment from other competitor multi national company. 5. Always focuses to provide best deliverable to client's. This reflects in the client's confidence on team. 6.Management including Operations and HR always love to hear from you and addresses issues in a timely manner for which well defined process is there. + Biggest one: I had seen lots of people complain about the timings which are from 2.30 PM to 11.30 PM IST. What I have to say about it is, as there are always two sides of a coin, so if looking from my perspective: For bachelors it is an advantage they can learn new technologies and for married people they can complete their daily work of dropping kids to school, doing bank related transactions and lots of other task which a person going in normal office hours cannot do on weekdays.
Cons
Not a con actually, compensation for late stays are comparative to other MNC's, but can improve here.
