      Pros

      1) 6 month appraisal policy

      Cons

      1) The work environment is so unprofessional. higher management does not value your skills or talent if you are good in flattering or buttering then this place is best suits you. 2)Height of favoritism and politics. 3) As it is not a CMMI level company, so apparently its a non-process oriented company 4) Satuardays are working 5) 2:30- 11:30 pm is the only shift timming, no flexibility with time. 6) Infrastructre wise its worst, you won't even get a napkin or tissue papers in caeteria and washrooms 7) They have a monthly review process for an employee that is completely based on how much flattering you did to your manager and your TL. 8) They don't prefer girls, my manager openly said this that girls are less capable so i will fire most of them, they are useless and will only keep 5% of girls which is industry standard. 9) People here are so unprofessional that they actually eve tease girls.i have faced such situations.

      Pros

      I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

      I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
