Pros

You will learn a ton. You'll be put through the ringer, but will emerge stronger for it. It's been said that a year at Chetu = five years elsewhere. That's definitely true. You'll learn how to manage and balance priorities and will be given full ownership of tasks. Everyone in the company is very approachable and its a flat organization structure. You're surrounded by smart people who challenge you to grow constantly. That is one of my favorite parts about working here. Plus company provides competitive salary and benefits.

Cons

Would love to see a casual dress code and better refreshments at work.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
