Pros

- Chetu always intended to provided one to one communication with client to each employes on the project and this help employes to improve communication and requirement gathering. - Working environment is very professional and it has hierarchy of different departments to bring attention of good ideas and advice to solve critical problems. - Chetu provide excellent opportunity for carrier growth to abroad. - Chetu organizes technical training on most advanced technologies and cultural/sports events to its employes benefits.

Cons

- I have not noticed anything bad here. - Dedication is required for growth. - Sometime people discussed with me about office timming but i found it best because you have not to struggle with traffic jam.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences.
