      If you want to learn more at the starting of the carrier then it is very good. You have the opportunity to talk with the client directly and share your thoughts regarding your ideas related to the project. Every six months they review and increase your salary.

      Pros

      I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

      Company's CEO has no idea how to run a sales force. Since 2020 the company has seen revenue decrease year over year. Company is run like a sweat shop. If you look at the reviews, white and black employees provide a very low rating. Turnover of employees throughout Chetu far exceeds industry averages. This company is ran like a "sweat shop".
