Pros

Don't join this company unless n until you don't have any other option. All the good reviews are done by their own people.Don't be a victim of joining Chetu.Instead they work on the hire and fire policy. 1.) Six month appraisal policy. 2.) Provides cab facility.

Cons

1.)Some of the TL's are so dumb that even they don't know the basics of technology after having 5-6 years of exp.Instead they will try to learn from you. 2.) PM are also not upto the mark. They just give you warning if the task is not completed by today,it will be your last working day at Chetu. 3.) If you have expertise in any technology, they will assign work in any other technology depending on the work they have. 4.) They will fire you at any time without giving prior notice and the reason behind this is that they currently do not have any new projects.Especially they will target you when you are close to completing 1 or 2 year at Chetu, to save bonus amount. 5.) They only believe in cheating the clients by providing fake 5:15 reports. 6.) Salary structure is also not good. Alternate saturday is working in Chetu. 7.) There is no transparency in the gradings you will get. 8.) 60 percent of the projects at Chetu is rolled-off. 9.) Not good for you if you are having good hold on technology(Chetu don't deserve you.) 10.)And it's only beneficial for the freshers not for experience people.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
