Pros

In my working experience of more than three years, I found Chetu to be the best place for the employees who wants to learn new technologies and move further ahead. Chetu provides very flexible environments for learning side by side with their project work to their employees. Presentation and seminars presented by industry experts motivate the employees to move ahead and learn the new technologies emerging. I am fully satisfied with the company working culture and future prospect.

Cons

A better place for the dedicated one and good learner, so keep updated their employes about new inventions and technologies.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
