Pros

You get to travel a bit.

Cons

I consider myself a very rational human being and successful after my time at Chetu but this was a terrible company to work for. Please believe when all of the other negative reviews state about Who is writing the positive reviews, the marketing team. The promise of your on target estimate/pay is 100% a lie. You’ll discover during training week that the the company will watch over you all day, even long tenured employees are watched via their WebCam. The CEO is legitimately insane, always ridiculing colleagues, firing employees on companywide calls because they voice their opinions, screaming at individuals for making small mistakes. It’s really bad, but everyone is afraid of him because he will sue anyone that goes against him or his company, even if that’s just writing a review like this. Oh and don’t even think that there’s any opportunities to progress within the company. There are not. It’s quite entertaining in hindsight to think about my time at this company. The only individuals that stay are employees that are have no other choice because they’ll be deported from the United States if they get fired and a few Directors that are paid well enough to put up with the crazy CEO. Again, don’t be fooled by the positive reviews they’re all fake. The best is when you read some that say they can’t think of any negative reviews ha ha.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
