Pros

What stands out to me most about Chetu are the coworkers, positive culture, and supportive management team. The company has a philosophy of open communication, encouraging employees to share their ideas, and building an amazing vibe based on trust and mutual respect. Moreover, Chetu takes good care of its people, offering healthcare coverage, a rock-solid 401(k) plan, and paid time off. The company also invests in its employees' growth and development with comprehensive training and development programs. I've learned a ton since I've been here, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to continue learning and growing. The management team at Chetu is top-notch, and they genuinely care about our well-being. Their open-door policy makes it easy to talk to them about anything, and they're always looking for ways to help us succeed. In sum, Chetu is the real deal. With great people, a positive culture, and excellent benefits, Chetu provides an ideal environment for personal and professional growth.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
