Pros

Chetu always work on latest technologies and trends, hence being a part of this organization I get to learn a lot. It has many internal training schedules through which they keep training to their employees to keep them up to date with latest technologies. Chetu has 6 month appraisal policy which keeps your financial level enhanced. Since this appraisal mechanism is a well defined system. You dont have to ask your HR or Manager, system automatically initiates your review. I liked this system a lot. It tell a lot about the transparency in the organization. My journey started with Chetu as a programmer, company recognized my potential and promoted me as a Senior programmer, Team Leader, Onsite Programmer and Technical Project Manager. Which means if you have the potential then you can see exponential growth here. On top of these company provides various other benefits as well such as: Healthcare coverage for family, Significant 401k matching, Gym Discounts.

Cons

So far I have not notices any cons however you will have to keep yourself up to date if you want a consistent growth.

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
