Pros

Working in Chetu is source of motivation and confidence booster. If you have zeal to learn and grow there are lots of opportunity waiting for you here. Chetu one of the fastest growing company with lots of talents. You always find people with enormous knowledge and helping each other. Few pros and good things that are easily visible here are 1. Six monthly performance evaluation and appraisals, that aspire you to learn and improve yourself. 2. Opportunity to enhance you skills set by working in latest and current time technologies. 3. Provide you a platform where you can grow very quickly as professional and personal level. 4. One to one communication between team members and clients that increase your confidence. 5. Bi-weekly events that makes life of employee stress free and give an opportunity to mingle with each other.

Cons

When there are lots of good things you can see at the same time always there are area of improvement as well. 1. Cafeteria facility need little improvements. 2. Alternate working Saturday pains sometime due early start of working hours. If all Saturday will be off that will give employees more time to reenergizes. 3. Chetu works in client service oriented business so sometimes you could have to extend late hours in night. That is always be there in any of the IT sector companies.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
