Pros

You will get chance to work on new technology.

Cons

I have worked with this company approx 2 years and the work culture and environment is worst. They don't work professionally. If you are leading in scrums call than you cannot take leaves. There most of TLs don't work. All works are done by team member and team members cannot do any thing except to complete TL's work also. And if you complain about TL to management than you'll fire. Most of TLs have less communication skills and technical skills. PMs are not capable to manage Client call, basically that's also manage by the team members.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect.
