there are so many cons but i would like to make this simple. -If your a experienced Operator looking for a company that will provide better benefits, non stressful atmosphere and stand behind its workers look elsewhere! compensation is competitive but nothing else they advertise is true once you make it to the facility. - If you dont have any experience i understand any opportunity in the industry is worth a shot. just get your experience, do thorough research for a more suitable company and leave on your own terms.
