Pros
I worked for CPChem for 7 years. It is a very solid and steady company with good management. While I was employed, they still offered a defined benefit retirement plan in addition to the 401k.
Cons
Things move a bit too slow for me. Very limited career growth if you’re not a chemical engineer.
