Pros
First, as a CSR I love working at home. The trainers were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to choose from a variety of schedules for my shift. The customers have been great. There is a Team Leader or supervisor available at all times during your shift if you have any questions. You do have expectations for your work (as with any other type of employment) but the team leader or supervisors offer great coaching and they assist representatives well. There is a lot of training opportunities for other positions within the company.
Cons
You get tenure increases throughout the year. The pay is more than the average job pays. The only con with the increases though is that is stops at 1 year. You do not get any other raises unless you advance to another position. They are working on this but I would like to see more recognition given to CSR's overall though out the year.
