Pros

You make real money. Most of your co-workers are fantastic. Cute dogs and cats.

Cons

They bribe the employees to leave reviews before so now I'm going to leave an honest one. The favoritism is so real. If you want to get promoted, it's not based on skill whatsoever! Its based on who you hangout with. By hangout I mean get sloppy drunk with management. It gets to a point where you can't believe that these are actually Directors at the company. Completely unprofessional behavior. If you have any original ideas, good luck getting credit for any of them. They will tell you that you're terrible before ever uttering the words that you're great. The company tries to hide how terrible it is with free food and happy hours. If you have been there longer than six months, you can see right through all of it. Everything that was great about the company has disappeared. Employee perks are dwindling. They also don't want to pay you what you deserve. Work /Life balance? What the hell is that? You leave feeling drained and unappreciated every single day. Get a job at a company that actually cares about it's employees.

Pros

I am an artist and I get to do an art-related job. The schedule is flexible when things pop up. I get health insurance and 401k and a lot of free food, and there is free gym access in the office building. The people I work with are all generally very cool, friendly, and/or fun to work with.

Cons

The pay rate is below the industry standard for production artists. I am not able to afford a place of my own. I live with my parents and I work another job to supplement my income. I am basically surviving and able to pay all my bills, but I would not be able to live a full life on my own with the pay rate as it is now. The work culture portrays itself as progressive and inclusive place but it is the typical corporate toxic environment.
