Pros
*A pay check. *Team members are generally nice/friendly. *Customers are generally nice/friendly. *Possible Work from home options.
Cons
*They have completely changed their Time off policy. You "Accrue" Vacation. Which means you cannot plan vacations in advance, you will not have the time. *Their Sick and Time off policies are horrible since it changed and do Not equal Industry Standards. *This is completely Metric Driven - This may seem common sense for anyone who has worked a call center job. But again; like the Time policy, this all changed 2 years ago. Since 2024, they have changed to ONLY caring about the numbers. They do not care about employees or any direct situations. 2 years ago, the policies were solid/people actually seemed to care. Nothing but down hill ever since. This is 100% a standard call center position. If you like that, awesome. If you have other options with better benefits/time off Take that job. *First level Supervisors AKA*Your Boss. Quit/Fired/Change at a staggering pace, I have truly never seen anything like it *10 years of Call Center Experience. I have been with the company for 2 years and going on my 7th new supervisor.
