Pros
Pros are that the pay rate is decent, but only decent. There really aren't many pros.
Cons
So many. There's no recognition for anything that you do. No drive to work harder than you would normally because you get no recognition and all you get at the end of the day is a grumpy attitude about why you don't always work like that. Personal time? What's that. You are guaranteed to work overtime at least three quarters of the year. You accumulate points so quickly because of it, and you're guaranteed to run out of paid time and unpaid time and never get to use it for vacation. Management only cares about productivity. Your personal health doesn't matter to them. If you're sick and you need to leave I hope you plan on taking a point. They fire people for asinine reasons, and write people up for the same. When you get written up for rate but its not your fault that's where ya gotta draw the line. Overall I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there unless you have no other options and no personal life.
