Pros
Decent pay for a call center environment. Some of the people you meet are alright.
Cons
Literally everything else. The management team is terrible. If you're not a friend of theirs, or gay, you won't get anywhere. They're hypocritical, degrading, micro managers. You'll be nothing more than another number to answer the phones. But, if you don't do your job to their standards, I hope you enjoy being made to feel like your job is on the line every hour of your existence. Oh, and if you need help with an escalated call? Good luck with that. You'll get a hearty "it's your customer, I shouldn't have to be on the phones" from your leads. Some people can bring in their dogs, which means that the ones who are in good with management can, but they're rarely cleaned up after. If you're on a call when it's time for your break, guess what? Looks like your break is either going to be moved to a different time (if available) or cut short. Ask what the employee turnover rate is. You might be surprised based off of all these "great" HR inputted reviews.
