Pros

No pros here at all. Worst place I have never worked for in my life. They like to demote employees when they have a family emergency I saw it happen to a great lead who gave up days off with her kids for this place.

Cons

The managers do not communicate with each other and sit around just chit chatting. They expect you to tell them when you are going to the bathroom like a child. You do not get 3 ten minute breaks when they make you work mandatory 11 hour days which by law you get, you do not get a full 30 min lunch because you have to be back right when the bell rings like your in school. They did not provide any safety training on the automatic conveyer belt which by law they have to. They do not work with employees who have injuries. This place is a high school in a sense there are employees in their 50s who act like they are 12 and call other workers names to their faces and they do not get in trouble. Leaving this company was the best thing I ever did. Their benefits are not affordable if you want to add a spouse It's over 600 a month like anyone can afford that on 12.75 an hr. Do not work here if you do not want to be worked to the bone and treated like a child.

Pros

I am an artist and I get to do an art-related job. The schedule is flexible when things pop up. I get health insurance and 401k and a lot of free food, and there is free gym access in the office building. The people I work with are all generally very cool, friendly, and/or fun to work with.

Cons

The pay rate is below the industry standard for production artists. I am not able to afford a place of my own. I live with my parents and I work another job to supplement my income. I am basically surviving and able to pay all my bills, but I would not be able to live a full life on my own with the pay rate as it is now. The work culture portrays itself as progressive and inclusive place but it is the typical corporate toxic environment.
