It is a Silicon Valley-startup atmosphere where things move at mach speed in a fun, collaborative environment that truly fosters innovation. Every one has input & impact on the company, from customer service & warehouse workers to the corporate teams - every one is empowered & each person's results are visible. There are no 2 days that are the same, you are constantly challenged & the business evolves daily. The absolute best part of the company is the people - friendly, helpful, collaborative - most of the people go out of their way to help one another & win as a team. All the executives have open door policy & encourage you're involvement. They are also obsessed with their customers & truly care for them.
Cons
You have to be able to thrive in an extremely fast-paced startup where things change. It is not a con, it just doesn't work for everyone. It is not a 9-5 job, as is the nature of a startup. It's not overly demanding either, you just feel that there aren't enough hours in the day in a company that is exploding so rapidly.
