Cons
They give you 5 days of leave per year. Not much considering they're open 24/7, 365. Calls are non-stop, back-to-back. So much is expected of you. Multi-tasking is a must. No pay raise even if more work is stacked on top of you. Pay is a crappy $13.50/hour which is normal for a CSR position in south Florida but this isn't your "normal" CSR position. More than half of my training class was let go because they couldn't keep up. The retirement plan may as well not be there since they don't match. I feel like a lot of people working at Chewy think the benefits are great but that's because they have no life experience working anywhere else. Everyone is super young and inexperienced. Keep on searching for another job. This one isn't worth it.
