Pros

Customers are nice most of the time. Good training on products.

Cons

It's all nepotism kiddos-It's who you know-the same people get promoted over and over. It's mostly inexperienced kids paid to babysit to you. That's what the leads do. Pretty much watch your break times. There's not much career development. Yes, there are opportunities if you're a push over and don't have much opinion on how things are done. You can work very hard here and not get promoted. It's sold to you in a way that makes you think that hard work pays off, but the hard workers tend to stay where they are and not get promoted. Be ready for that disappointment. It's the reality of the how things are run. Promotions should be performance based, not on whether or not your part of the circle.

Pros

I am an artist and I get to do an art-related job. The schedule is flexible when things pop up. I get health insurance and 401k and a lot of free food, and there is free gym access in the office building. The people I work with are all generally very cool, friendly, and/or fun to work with.

Cons

The pay rate is below the industry standard for production artists. I am not able to afford a place of my own. I live with my parents and I work another job to supplement my income. I am basically surviving and able to pay all my bills, but I would not be able to live a full life on my own with the pay rate as it is now. The work culture portrays itself as progressive and inclusive place but it is the typical corporate toxic environment.
