Pros

In-Job events They do alot of things for employees. They have free beer/Wine every other friday. They also do many other things. The trainers were awesome. They are great about customer satisfaction and you learn alot in training.

Cons

Break/Lunch times are the worst.. You have 2 15 breaks(which all companies do) and a 30 minute lunch. For someone like me i smoke and need to eat at lunch.. The cafeteria is always packed with people. The smoking area is on the opposite side of the building. With 30 minutes you basically HAVE TO BRING LUNCH. Thus company does not accommodate for any of the employee needs. They tell you we are here to listen and assist, but they are never there to assist. They listen to an extent. I was actually fired in my training for being 1 minute late to class after lunch.. Only because the day i choose to eat lunch at the cafeteria the cook over looked my order.. By the time i got my order i had 10 minutes to eat a burger and fries. I was shocked to find out that was my last day of employment.. Screw Chewys.!

Pros

I am an artist and I get to do an art-related job. The schedule is flexible when things pop up. I get health insurance and 401k and a lot of free food, and there is free gym access in the office building. The people I work with are all generally very cool, friendly, and/or fun to work with.

Cons

The pay rate is below the industry standard for production artists. I am not able to afford a place of my own. I live with my parents and I work another job to supplement my income. I am basically surviving and able to pay all my bills, but I would not be able to live a full life on my own with the pay rate as it is now. The work culture portrays itself as progressive and inclusive place but it is the typical corporate toxic environment.
