Pros
Used to have great chewy culture. Still able to see part of it in the engineers and middle and lower management
Cons
Hired a lot of Amazon left overs as leaders. Most of them don’t know how to run a large company with its own innovation. Amazon culture is famously toxic. Now chewy culture is overwritten with the same toxicity. Good innovated people are all leaving or look to leave. Yet new leaderships don’t even care. All they care is OP1 and OP2. Very one culture hiring focused.
