Pros

Pet friendly office. Flexible schedule.

Cons

*Toxic culture, like amzn, because of hiring so many x-amzn people. They burnout everyone. *Inflated ego runs rampant. Elitist attitudes. Managers create us-them environment, they call team members “workers” and “producers” *Chaos everywhere. No focus. keep hiring people to fix things and nothing gets fixed. *Everyone is in it for themselves. It’s a numbers game - sell yourself and suck up to them . It doesn’t matter what you accomplish. *Promotions and transfers only for the inner circle. Play their games and think and talk and act like them - they will let you in the club. *No diversity of thought or opinion or ideas. Everyone thinks talks and acts the same, like amzn. *Bad managers, ineffective and poorly designed business processes, Bad HR team and bad HR process, Top heavy orgs with too many chiefs - they over hired people and over-titled people. *NO Career growth, unless you're in the club *Pay and benefits are not competitive and keep changing downward.

Pros

I am an artist and I get to do an art-related job. The schedule is flexible when things pop up. I get health insurance and 401k and a lot of free food, and there is free gym access in the office building. The people I work with are all generally very cool, friendly, and/or fun to work with.

Cons

The pay rate is below the industry standard for production artists. I am not able to afford a place of my own. I live with my parents and I work another job to supplement my income. I am basically surviving and able to pay all my bills, but I would not be able to live a full life on my own with the pay rate as it is now. The work culture portrays itself as progressive and inclusive place but it is the typical corporate toxic environment.
