Pros
After a year of moving through the Chewy contact center, I'm happy to say that everything has went better than expected. Once established, there were plenty of opportunities for me to transition into the role I would most enjoy. And once there, my managers have been nothing but supportive and realistic with their goal-setting. I can wholeheartedly say that I am given the ability to assist people with pet-related concerns without having to worry about being second-guessed or having to defend my actions. And the technology stack is very polished compared to jobs elsewhere. It's very easy to manipulate orders and get through a conversation without waiting on your system to load.
Cons
Hourly employees are routinely left out of seminars that would benefit their career or their upward mobility in the organization. Some sessions will, for instance, fill up all of its spaces immediately - like they are concert tickets for a popular band.
