You can really make a difference in the lives of children by dedicating time to teaching and education. The benefits are great and fair, and the salary is great because its based on years of experiences (teaching anywhere previously) as well as level of education. At the school I worked at, communication was not that great and caused a lot of problems. However, every school is different and that will affect the working environment. However, payroll/hr is a pain and the lines are very long. It is hard to communicate with these offices and they tend to give you the run-around.
