Pros

There are no pros to this company. Extremely distrustful company.

Cons

Recently Interviewed, and offered a position. It came to my attention after the interview I was never given salary/ compensation information. I inquired immediately upon receiving the offer for the position. I was told January 6th that the base salary is $54, 325 (approximately). That's an equivalent to $25-26 dollars. I accepted the offer based on this amount. I completed the long tedious drug screening process which cost me $100+ (transportation/ screening). On Jan 25th I requested to have my offer letter sent to my email for my records as I read the information they I noticed that the compensation was listed as $40,885 which is a $14 dollar reduction in salary that WAS NEVER DISCUSSED. I immediately asked them about this and Tyieshia White an HR representative for the company never answered OR responded to this pay discrepancy. She is the one who sent the offer letter. I do not appreciate being lied to. The were adamant to get me hired and wasted my time. This is very dishonest. Do not trust them. I know my worth. I am currently working on a Masters degree as we speak and I have the experience. I was excited about the opportunity and to be lied to. I decided to not move forward with the company. The then sent a resignation letter without an explanation as to why the pay was different. Very distasteful, and dishonest company.
