Pros

Very flexible hours and not bad pay as a leader. I work as a level 1 and get paid 15 dollars a hour. Time off is really easy to get here.

Cons

30 min unpaid breaks. Management has some issues and the amount of 15 year olds working is overwhelming. Not to say it’s bad to hire kids. But they got a lot of leverage for being told they’re just a kid. But everyone is left picking up the slack leading to burn out and stress.

Pros

Experience with talking to customers, very clean job, you get certified for food handling. Training is quick. Job is enjoyable when you have a good crew.

Cons

You earn very little, and get worked very hard. I got payed $10/hr as a high school student and there was a day I got home from school and barely even had time to each because work started at 4pm and i worked until closing. You stand on your feet all shift, sitting down is considered "not allowed" I think because of "respect and presentation"
