Pros

Endless opportunities at the restaurant and eventually with corporate. Great culture and environment. Chick-fil-A can be a short-term job that you genuinely enjoy or it can be a long-term career

Cons

Like most jobs, management structures can be kind of frustrating. People promoted because of relationship or their personality, but not a (or not trained to be a) good leader.

Pros

Excellent work environment, lots of opportunity to move up the ladder at Chick-fil-A as a company, and the employees honestly make it such a fun place to work at!

Cons

Leadership at this location has been in transition for the past few months, which adds a bit of a challenge to team members. Once a new Store Operator steps in, leadership should be much smoother and stable.

- great job while i was in school - learned a lot about customer service - team i worked with was great

Cons

- when they changed the pay, there was some growing pains however they made it right in the end - sometimes had to work past schedule and with school, it was taxing at times, not a deal breaker though - limited spots to move up
