Pros
Pay every Friday of the week as long if you have work the same week. Possibility you don't have to go to a different centers if the center likes you due to being on going. At least it's something for a resume to prove it is legit. Matches your schedule sometimes depending on the school.
Cons
No benefits at all. CCC is already like below average due to at times when I call there will be a wait, it will say placement coordinator is at lunch break and lastly sometimes I will get a leave a message like is there only 1 person working??. As for the schools all these have 1 thing in common and that is "SHORTAGE OF STAFF" that's why this company exist. And the reason for "SHORTAGE OF STAFF" is base on LOCATION, NOT WELL FUNDED and STAFF ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY, SOMEWHAT NOT FIMILAR HOW THE CHILD CARE GAME WORKS, POOR LEADERSHIP and lastly behind the scenes drama.
