The compensation is pretty good, many roles enjoy a work-from-home environment. Obstensivley, your labor goes towards making life better for Children (however, see Cons).
Cons
Executive leadership is cowardly, hypocritical, and lacks integrity. Massive projects with collective investment from different teams can be canceled at the last second due to petty politics. I hope you don't care about your time or your work, because it can and will be swept away. If you have an antiwork mentality and don't mind being a worker drone without a care in the world for your projects, please apply. This is an ideal environment for you.
