      Fellow crew members are awesome and always intertaining Never working before 9am Casual uniform Individually is incouraged... to an extent Paid breaks

      Lack of social life Full time effort for part time pay Constant dry bleeding hands Fear of moving up in the company due to all of the "managers" circulated and let go Giving your all with little in return expected to live and breath "food with integrity, empowerment and chipotle culture"

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
