      Pros

      - you get always paid the right amount, even when you work overtime - they respect break time and encourage you to take it - free meals on shift

      Cons

      - very corporate culture - too much work for little money - too many "motivational" talks - a bit patronising

      Pros

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Cons

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
