      Pros

      Good people, good food, flexible schedule, have to be a hard worker, but I don't mind that

      Cons

      Average pay...around $8.50/hr...not enough for the work that we do. Crap insurance...the dental is really bad for hourly employees. The medical coverage is ok...not great

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
