Inconsistent and unreasonable expectations. Indirectly expected to break SOP set by top management in order to accommodate consumer demand, resulting in the reduction of quality and have seen so many health and safety violations being broken(not intentionallly but as a result of serving customers on time). Varies from location to location, team and managers. I can only speak from my experience and so it will definitely not be the same at another location.
