Pros

Nice Environment, Especially ELMA Paid Break Manageable Work Schedule Great Food. Nice Customers Easy to get Promoted if you really work hard. Make new friends and Hang out with Some Employees outside of Work

Cons

- - I despise the General Managers, all they do is sit on their ass and complain. Feel like they can come and leave whenever they want or call in sick - Pay Sucks - They only seem to change the schedule on your days off and expect you to know when youre supposed to work - Dont really train you on anything, just tell you and expect you to know. Then get upset when you make a mistake - If you are here just for a check, not a good job. Very Stressful at times - Some employees act like Highschoolers, Youre either High Performer or Low Performer no in between - Gossip of Course. If someone is about to get fired, everyone else will know besides the person. You can have friends, just dont tell them your business - People think just because they've worked there longer than you can talk to you anyway they want: I Honestly do not let those people slide and Ive only been there for a month - Everytime you hear about someone quitting is all for the same reasons

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
