Pros
Great on paper! The values they stand for and respect to good food is great. Extremely easy work. Fast paced. Redundant routine work. Very simple uniform policy. Just a company shirt and whatever pants you want. Relaxed dress code; I have multiple face piercings and stretched ears, blue hair, etc. Time flies pretty fast. Free meal everyday. Lots of hours to offer.
Cons
Horrible management and Favoritism. Preach ideals and the idea that you can soar, but only if you're a certain person. Past work experience means nothing-pay rate is based on favoritism. Choose to promote under experienced workers over experience so they can "mold" you. You don't pick your work position when hired, rather told where you will be working. (Applied for Kitchen position with experience, interviewed for kitchen postion-got stuck as cashier.) The cashier IS the Janitor-store cleanliness is YOUR duty-no other position has to clean bathrooms, sweep, mop, ever. Young coworkers-lots of immaturity and call outs. Night shift is ignored completely. Everyone is supposed to have a weekly progress journal and one on one's with management (which is the way to be promoted upon completion) but only certain people do and the others will NEVER receive one. Forced to skimp portions and anger customers to save product costs.
