      Pros

      You get free food(if you are eligible), employee discount(only one item per day), student fees reimbursement and plenty of chance to explore responsibilities within the restaurant.

      Cons

      You don't ever get a breather and have to constantly work to increase efficiency or your hours are cut short or given very short notice to not come for work(I think that is illegal as per provision of Labor law), if you cant keep moving and work like a machine, this is not an ideal job for you.

      Pros

      Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

      Cons

      The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
