I have been working recently so I will share my work experience. There are so many managers , supervisors and other bulk unnecessary titles that there is too much competition created. Staff is totally illeterate and ill mannered that they dont know how to communicate with each other. There is alot of drama, politics and other terrible things going on thatvwill effect you mentally. It looks like we are hired there to fight with each other the whole time. You will be pin pointed everytime, you will be degraded, you will be pooked upon as if you are a theif!! No ones valued here while its a very busy place! I worked in Collindale and st. Martins lane branch. Thought that maybe one branch is only ill but that wasnt the case. Kindly avoid working here!!!

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
