      Pros

      free great food. Loved my team and they loved me!

      Cons

      Restaurateur was a bunch of B.S. No support. No one listens, and they keep you understaffed and expect miracles. worked 70-80 hrs a week, just to get told your heart isn't in it. They just wanted someone cheaper to do the job. Set you up for failure.

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
