Pros

Most of the staff are very nice

Cons

Where to even begin. I worked for this company for almost 7 years and when I started it was a very respected and sought after place to work. But due to expansion pt care took a back seat to profit and the entire company went south. There is absolutely no communication between offices or management. There is a massive turnover rate especially out of the DFW office due to lack of communication and leadership. It is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone in management, but the when everything hits the fan they want to act like no one tried to tell them anything. Paychecks are constantly wrong and having wages left off of them. PTO banks getting zeroed out out of nowhere then having to fight to get anything back. No bonuses or pay raises Extreme delays getting patients started on services or even getting new approvals Home care home base is the documentation system Below competitive benefits and salary I could go on for days about how awful this place is. Just do yourself a favor and work elsewhere

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you had a bad experience but are glad you enjoyed your coworkers. Your review indicates you were an administrator. We are confused about your complaints on PTO and payrol accuracy. At Choice our agency administrators review their local payroll roster prior to execution of the payroll for accuracy and PTO status. This insures ground level control and accuracy. Additionally— Over the past two years Choice spent more as a percent of revenue on employee compensation and benefits than ever in company history. We are also proud that our turnover rates in every product line are more that 15% below national averages. While the company has grown exponentially over the past 4 years we also are proud that leadership of our core segments includes multiple individuals with over 10 years with the company. We take every complaint seriously and would recommend you reaching directly out to HR for any specific issues. We always feel we can improve.

Pros

Culture is a big plus. Lots of company-hosted events to build a team mentality. Knowledgeable leadership team that advocates for the success of all employees. Lots of tools and resources available to sales team. 401k match is nice.

Cons

Insurance is a little pricey, but that's probably everywhere.

Pros

I've worked at Choice Health at Home for some time now, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets this company apart is its people-first culture and deep commitment to growing talent from within. From day one, I felt supported—not just as an employee, but as a person. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about both patient outcomes and employee well-being. There's a clear focus on mentorship, professional development, and giving team members the tools and opportunities to succeed and move up. I've personally seen colleagues move into leadership roles after being encouraged and equipped to grow, and that’s incredibly motivating. It's not just talk—Choice Health at Home lives its values when it comes to promoting from within and investing in long-term careers. The culture is collaborative, respectful, and mission-driven. You’re surrounded by people who want to make a difference—and who help each other succeed. If you're looking for a place where your work is valued, your goals are supported, and your growth matters, this is it.

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly and actively promotes from within, there can be a lot of change—new roles, new leaders, evolving processes. It’s exciting, but it can be a bit fast-paced if you’re not used to a dynamic environment. That said, leadership does a good job of communicating changes and offering support through transitions.
