      Starting job for a new worker. Not enough training and hard to fit in. Language barrier is difficult so another would be Spanish.

      Cons

      Management should spend more time training.

      WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

      The experience was only positive.
