The company can be slow to make decisions often waiting for competitors to take that first step which generally put the company behind the field in many areas and sometimes in a very reactionary position. The Scottsdale office and personnel are a pleasure to work with and just "get it" whereas the Maryland office seems mired in traditional business practices and not quite as adept at adapting to technology.
